Shipping info & Insurance
  • Postal Information

    Tracking numbers will be provided with every order shipment. All orders are shipped from Moscow city via National Russian Post. The tracking number will be sent with the shipping confirmation to the email provided with your order when it is about to be shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update.

    Processing time:
    It usually takes 2-3 days for me to package and send an item to you. Pre-ordered items usually take 15-20 days to prepare.
  • Estimate shipping time

    Estimate shipping time may vary depending on your location. Please note, that delivery usually takes less than listed below, but in rare cases (e.g. customs inspections or the carrier logistic delays) may take longer.


    United States 3-6 weeks

    Canada 3-7 weeks

    United Kingdom 3-5 weeks

    European Union 3-6 weeks



    Please pay attention that an item tracking may not have updates for a few weeks and more when it’s last status is «In Transit». The shipping carrier may use other countries as transit hubs that tracking usually doesn’t show. But, please feel free to email me info@glassdomegift.com if your tracking doesn’t have updates for more than 2 weeks for all up to date information I could provide.
    If you cannot be reached by the cargo company, you will be charged the shipping fee for the returned packages.
  • Insurance

    If you would like to insure your parcel in the case of loss, theft or damage during transit, please contact me soon after you have placed your order and I will insure your package for an additional fee (usually around 30$-40$ depending on the value of an item). Please email info@glassdomegift.com or leave a note during checking with your request for insurance.

    I will plan and wrap your order with as much care and thought of safety for the shipment process as possible, but rare accidents from rough handling can happen, particularly during the occasional international custom inspection. Once the parcel is in the hands of the postal carriers, it is no longer in my control, therefore, I cannot be responsible for any breakages. I will, however, be more than happy to help repair any possible damage in any way I can, as well as work with the shipping carrier for your reimbursement of the value of the item, if you had purchased insurance.

    If your order was damaged or lost during shipment and you have purchased insurance, please let me know and you will be reimbursed from the shipping carrier. Please send me your first and last name, shipping address, order number, and an image of the broken item for me to forward to the shipping carrier as a claim for you.
